All goods sold by muranostore.com come from our own production and most Murano glass manufacturers and is guaranteed to be authentic, certified and controlled by the highest quality standards to meet customers' demands. The consumer in any case can exercise the right of withdrawal according to Directive 85/577/EEC. If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, you can return it within 7 days of receiving the goods.

- Product exchange

- Credit for purchase in the future: a full refund of the value of the product , less shipping, box and other charges, will be credited to your account on hold. Store credit does not expire and can be used at any time as cash for any purchase at our store.

- Refund: The full amount paid, minus shipping, box and other charges, will be refunded to your credit card, Paypal or bank account.
