If the replacement product requested is not available, Murano Store will refund it.

If you decide to make use of the "Satisfied or Reimbursed" guarantee by requesting a refund for the product on which you have changed your mind, you will be refunded the full price of the product, provided that it is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition.
