In this case, the transport costs for the return shipment and for the shipment of the replacement item will be borne by Murano Store. If the replacement product requested is not available, Murano Store will refund it.

If you decide to make use of the "Satisfied or Reimbursed" guarantee by requesting a refund for the product on which you have changed your mind, you will be refunded the full price of the product, provided that it is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition.

The refund will normally be made using the same payment method you used during the purchase; the transport costs for delivery as well as the transport costs relating to the return will be at your expense and will not be refunded.
