murano-store.com is a retailer of original and certified Murano glass products. We guarantee you the same service and courtesy as a local retailer; We ship our products all over the world using Economy, Express and Priority services.
Shipping costs are not included in the sales price and are calculated based on variables such as volume, weight and destination country.
The cost of shipping costs can be viewed in the cart during the purchase checkout process.
Once your order is ready for shipping, we will provide you with a valid tracking number to track the shipment through the shipping company's website.
Important: when purchasing a product, remember to indicate a valid telephone number for the courier who may need it to contact you if they need to communicate information about the delivery of the package.
FREE DELIVERY
Shipping is free for all of Europe with economical standard shipping or collection at an Access Point and transit times of at least 20 days. To use a fast express service select an alternative express courier such as UPS - BRT or DHL. *cannot be combined with other discounts and/or promotions
The "ECONOMY" service takes approximately 7-10 days for Italy and 20 working days for Europe, and is totally FREE for deliveries in Italy and within the Community Europe.
The fast "EXPRESS" service provides transit times of 2 to 10 days and has a variable cost based on the areas (prices visible at the time of purchase). We use express couriers such as UPS, DHL, Fedex, EMS. Upon request, we will be happy to help you find the best shipping method based on your needs. If your country is not listed in the shopping cart selection menu, please contact us via email.
ATTENTION: not all products are in stock, for urgent deliveries we recommend contacting us to check product availability!

murano-store.com will not take responsibility for customs charges, taxes and dutiesfor countries such as the United States, Canada, Asia, Russia, Switzerland, United Kingdom, China, Japan and other countries in the world. For Italy and EU countries there are no extra taxes on delivery.
We therefore suggest you check the amount of customs duties with the customs agency in your country.
The default shipping method that you will find at checkout is the cheapest one that can be selected on the order page before proceeding with payment.
If there are any problems such as "the country does not fall within the countries listed for shipping" please contact us to provide you with a tailor-made quote.
